Working with Projects

Via a project you can invite others to complete assessments if you want to organize sales training, for example.

Select the TAB New Projects for an overview of all active projects. The Closed and Archived TAB contains the projects that have been closed. By closing projects you get a better overview and the tasks that are still open for all participants are closed. The reports will remain available after closing.

By clicking on the black triangle you will get more information about the project, the owner and the number of participants.

You can perform the following actions;

For new and non-activated projects:

With this button you can make changes to non-activated projects.

The start button activates the project. All participants will receive the invitations and you can monitor the status of the project. If you want to make changes to the project, you must always deactivate the project first.

Deletes the project. All information is deleted and cannot be retrieved.

For activated projects:

Provides access to current information about a project. You can see which participants have completed the assessments, can send reminders to participants who have not yet started and you can print reports for participants who have completed the assessments.

The pause button deactivates the project and allows you to add or remove participants as well as add or remove assessments. Just make sure you reactivate the project after making the changes so that the project becomes visible to others again.

When the project is completed, you can use it to archive the project. The tasks for participants who did not participate are deleted and the project then appears on the TAB Completed and Archived. All reports will remain available after closing.

Please Note:

Deactivation or activation does not affect assessments or tasks completed by participants. Participants will not receive new invitations.
